Team & branding
Invite your team, manage roles and permissions, white-label your workspace, and connect a custom domain.
Team management
Pro+Sourcer Pro and Agency plans support multiple team members within one workspace. Manage your team at Settings → Team.
Workspace roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — manage team, billing, branding, and all deals |
| Admin | Same as Owner except cannot manage billing or delete the workspace |
| Sourcer | Create and manage deals, clients, share links, and deal packs — cannot manage team or branding |
| Viewer | Read-only access to all deals and client data — cannot create or edit |

Go to Settings → Team
Navigate to Settings → Team. - 2
Invite a member
Enter their email address and select a role. Click Invite. They will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your workspace. - 3
Manage existing members
Change roles or remove members from the Team settings page. Removed members lose access immediately.
Workspace branding
Manage your agency's visual identity at Settings → Branding.
Logo
Upload a PNG or SVG logo. Recommended size: at least 400×120px, transparent background. Your logo appears at the top of all deal packs and share pages.
Brand colours
Primary colour — used for headings, buttons, and accents on investor-facing pages. Secondary colour — used for backgrounds and borders. Use your brand hex codes for consistency.
Company details
Company name, trading name, contact email. These appear in the footer of deal packs and on the share page contact section.
Default disclaimer
A standard disclaimer appended to all deal packs. The default reads: "This deal pack is for information purposes only and does not constitute financial, mortgage, tax, legal or investment advice…". Edit this to match your compliance requirements.
White-label branding
Pro+On Sourcer Pro and Agency, you can remove Yielda branding from all investor-facing pages — deal packs and share pages will show only your agency's identity.
Enabled automatically when you upgrade to Pro+. No additional configuration needed.
Share templates
Manage social sharing text templates at Settings → Share templates.
When you share a deal pack link, Yielda generates copy-ready social media text for WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email. Customise the template to match your agency's tone of voice.

Go to Settings → Share templates
Select the channel you want to customise (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.). - 2
Edit the template
Use placeholders like {deal_name}, {area}, {yield}, {price}, {link}. These are replaced with real deal data when the text is generated. - 3
Save
The updated template applies to all future share text generated from deal packs.
Custom domain
AgencySourcer Agency subscribers can connect a custom domain so share links use your own domain (e.g. deals.youragency.co.uk) instead of the default Yielda domain.

Go to Settings → Custom domain
Navigate to Settings → Custom domain. - 2
Enter your domain
Enter the subdomain or domain you want to use (e.g. deals.youragency.co.uk). - 3
Add DNS records
Yielda will show you the CNAME record to add to your domain registrar (e.g. GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap). Add it and wait for propagation (usually 5–30 minutes). - 4
Verify
Click Verify in Yielda settings. Once verified, all share links will use your custom domain.
