Create sourced deals, track them through your pipeline, and run financial analysis on each one.
Creating a new deal

Click Create new deal
From the Sourcer dashboard or the New analysis link in the top nav. - 2
Enter the deal details
Fill in the property address, purchase price, estimated rent, and financing assumptions. The analysis runs in real time as you type. - 3
Save the deal
Click Save to add the deal to your workspace pipeline. It will appear in your Deals list and on the dashboard.
The deal pipeline stages
Every deal moves through a pipeline. Update the stage from the deal detail page using the pipeline status selector.
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sourced | You have identified the deal — initial details logged |
| Analysing | Running numbers — yield, cashflow, and feasibility checks |
| Due diligence | Deeper checks — legal pack, comparables, refurb quotes |
| Ready to send | Deal pack built and ready to present to investors |
| Sent to clients | Deal pack shared with one or more investors |
| Client interested | An investor has expressed interest or clicked interested |
| Reserved | An investor has reserved the deal (soft reservation) |
| Under offer | Formal offer in place — conveyancing in progress |
| Completed | Deal completed — investor has exchanged or completed |
| Rejected | Deal did not proceed — logged for pipeline audit |
| Archived | Stored for reference — removed from active pipeline |
The deal detail page
Click any deal in your Deals list to open it. The deal detail page contains:
Overview
All financial metrics — yield, cashflow, ROI, SDLT, deal score, and stress tests. The same data that appears in the investor-facing deal pack.
Edit
Update any deal input. Metrics recalculate on save.

Build and preview the investor-facing PDF-ready deal pack. See Deal packs.
Share links
Generate secure share links for this deal. See Sharing & lead capture.
Due diligence
A checklist of 16 categories for your own internal use — tracks your sourcing verification progress before sending to investors.
Risk register
Log deal risks with severity and mitigation notes.

Importing deals via CSV
If you have an existing spreadsheet of properties, you can import them in bulk via CSV upload at /import/csv.

Download the CSV template
Use the template link on the import page to get the correct column headers. - 2
Fill in your properties
Add one row per property. Required fields: name, address, purchase price, monthly rent. Optional fields: mortgage rate, deposit %, legal fees, refurb cost. - 3
Upload and review
Upload the file. Yielda validates each row and shows any errors. Fix errors and re-upload, or import the valid rows and fix the rest manually.
Exporting deals
Export all your workspace deals as a CSV from the Saved deals list. Use this for reporting or to back up your pipeline data outside Yielda.
