Yielda Sourcer
Sharing & lead capture
Generate secure share links for your deal packs, protect the full address, capture investor leads, and manage reservation requests.
Types of share link
Yielda supports two types of investor-facing link:
Private share link
A secure link you send directly to a specific investor or client. The deal pack is fully visible (subject to address settings). You can attach it to a specific client record to track their engagement automatically.
Public teaser link
A public link suitable for posting on social media, WhatsApp groups, or property forums. It shows a teaser version of the deal — headline metrics only, no full address — with a lead capture form to collect investor details before revealing more.
Creating a share link
- 1
Open the deal
Go to Deals and open the deal you want to share. - 2
Go to the Share links tab
Click the Share links tab on the deal detail page. - 3
Choose link type
Select Private (for a specific client) or Public teaser (for broad sharing). - 4
Set expiry (optional)
Set an expiry date if you want the link to stop working after a certain date — e.g. for auction deals with a fixed deadline. - 5
Attach a client (private links)
For private links, select the client from your CRM. This links the share event tracking to their record. - 6
Generate the link
Click Generate. Copy the link and share it via email, WhatsApp, or any channel. The link contains a unique secure token — it is not guessable.
Address protection
Address protection lets you share a deal without revealing the full property address to investors upfront. This protects your deal source and prevents investors from going direct to the vendor.
Three address settings are available on each deal pack:
- Full address shown — address is visible to anyone with the link
- Area only — only the town or postcode district is shown
- Hidden — reveal on request — investor must submit an address reveal request, which you approve manually
Address reveal requests
When a deal has address protection set to Hidden — reveal on request, investors can submit a request directly from the share page.
- 1
Investor clicks Request address
The investor sees a button on the share page. Clicking it sends a request to your workspace. - 2
You receive the request
The address reveal request count increments on your dashboard. Review requests from the deal detail page or from the sourcer dashboard. - 3
Approve or decline
Review the investor's profile and interest level before approving. Approved investors receive a follow-up with the full address.
Lead capture (public teaser)
When an investor opens a public teaser link, they see headline metrics and a lead capture form. The form collects:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Investment budget range
- Funding position (cash / mortgage ready / researching)
- Preferred strategy
- Consent acknowledgement
When submitted, the investor is automatically added to your Client CRM as a Lead. If they already exist as a client (matched by email), their record is updated.
Share link analytics
Go to Analytics → Share links for workspace-level share analytics, or view per-deal analytics on the deal detail page.
Events tracked per share link:
- View count — total opens
- Interest clicks
- Lead captures
- Reservation requests
- Address reveal requests
- Social share clicks
- PDF / print clicks
Reservation requests
If an investor wants to soft-reserve a deal, they can submit a reservation request from the share page. This does not commit either party — it is a soft signal of intent.
Reservation requests appear in the dashboard count and on the deal detail page. Update the deal status to Reserved in the pipeline when you confirm the reservation.
Deactivating a share link
To stop an investor from accessing a share link, deactivate it from the Share links tab on the deal detail page. Deactivated links show a "This deal is no longer available" message to anyone who tries to open them.
