Getting started
Set up your sourcing workspace, complete onboarding, and start building your first deal pipeline.
1. Create a Sourcer account

Go to the registration page
Visit /register. Select Yielda Sourcer as your product type. Enter your full name, email, company name, and a password of at least 8 characters. - 2
Accept terms and privacy
Tick the terms and privacy checkbox to complete registration. - 3
Sign in
You will be redirected to /login. Sign in with your credentials.
2. Complete Sourcer onboarding
After your first login you are taken through an onboarding questionnaire tailored for deal sourcers.

Business model
Select your sourcing model — below-market value (BMV), deal packaging, rent-to-rent, or mixed. Used to personalise investor demand data. - 2
Source areas
Enter the postcodes or regions you source deals in. Used to build local demand intelligence and area benchmarks relevant to your pipeline. - 3
Typical deal value
Enter your typical deal purchase price range. Helps calibrate the investor demand matching. - 4
Target investor profile
Describe your typical investor — BTL, HMO, hands-off, etc. Used to surface relevant investor demand signals.
3. Your Sourcer dashboard
After onboarding you land on the Sourcer dashboard. It shows:
- Recent deals — latest sourced properties in your workspace
- Active share links — live investor-facing links you have generated
- Clients — total client CRM records
- Deal packs — total branded deal packs created
- Public teaser views — how many times investors have viewed your teaser pages
- Leads captured — investors who have submitted the lead form
- Share views — total deal pack views
- Reservation requests — investors who have requested to reserve
- Address reveal requests — investors who have requested the full address
The dashboard also shows a Deal pipeline breakdown by stage.
4. Set up your workspace branding
Before sharing deals with investors, set up your workspace branding so deal packs carry your company identity.

Go to Branding settings
Navigate to Settings → Branding. - 2
Upload your logo
Upload a PNG or SVG logo. This appears on all deal packs and share pages. - 3
Set brand colours
Choose a primary and secondary colour. These are used as accents on your branded investor-facing pages. - 4
Enter company details
Company name, trading name, contact email, and your default deal pack disclaimer text.
5. Choose a plan
You start on a free Starter plan with limited deal packs, share links, and clients. See the full comparison at Sourcer Pricing.
Key plan thresholds:
- Starter — limited deal packs per month, share links, and clients
- Sourcer Pro — higher limits + white-label branding + demand insights
- Sourcer Agency — highest limits + custom domain + team members
