Account & settings

Manage your subscription, profile, privacy preferences, and GDPR data rights.

Settings overview

Access all settings from Settings in the top nav. The Investor settings menu includes:

Subscription & billing — view plan, usage, and manage billing
Privacy & market insights — control anonymised data sharing
Profile — update your name, email, and password
GDPR & data rights — consent, data export, and deletion

Subscription & billing

Go to Settings → Subscription & billing. This page shows:

Your current plan name
Usage against plan limits (e.g. saved deals used / maximum)
A Manage billing button that takes you to the Stripe customer portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, update payment details, and download invoices

💡 Tip: Upgrading from the Stripe portal takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Privacy & market insights

Go to Settings → Privacy & market insights.

Yielda uses anonymised, aggregated data from deals analysed across the platform to generate area benchmarks. Your data is never shared in a way that identifies you or your specific properties.

You can control:

Allow my deal data to contribute to market insights — when enabled, aggregated (non-identifiable) metrics from your saved deals help build area benchmark data. Toggle off to opt out at any time.

ℹ️ Info: Opting out of market insights does not affect your access to benchmark data — you can still read benchmarks even if you are not contributing to them.

Profile

Go to Profile to update:

Display name — shown in the workspace
Email address — your login email
Password — change your current password
Investment preferences — strategy, target areas, and budget (set during onboarding, editable here)

GDPR & data rights

Go to Profile → GDPR & data rights. Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Export your data

Download a JSON file containing all personal data Yielda holds about you — your profile, saved deals, consent records, and activity history.

Request account deletion

Submit a deletion request. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone. You will receive confirmation by email once processed (typically within 30 days).

Update cookie consent

Review and update your analytics and marketing cookie preferences at any time.

⚠️ Note: Account deletion is irreversible. All saved deals, analyses, due diligence records, and subscription history will be permanently removed.

Signing out

Click Sign out in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. You will be redirected to the login page immediately.
