Yielda Investor
Getting started
Create your account, complete onboarding, and analyse your first UK buy-to-let deal in minutes.
1. Create an account
- 1
Go to the registration page
Visit /register and select Yielda Investor as your product. Enter your full name, email address, and a password of at least 8 characters. - 2
Accept terms and privacy
Tick the terms and privacy checkbox. This is required to create an account. You can optionally opt in to marketing emails. - 3
Sign in
You will be redirected to /login. Sign in with the email and password you just registered.
ℹ️ Info: Already have a Google account? You can sign in with Google on the login page instead.
2. Complete onboarding
After your first login you will be taken through a short onboarding questionnaire. This helps Yielda show you relevant benchmarks and suggestions.
- 1
Investment strategy
Choose your primary strategy — buy-to-let, HMO, serviced accommodation, or mixed. You can update this later in your profile. - 2
Target areas
Enter the postcodes or regions you are actively looking in. This is used to personalise area benchmarks on your saved deals. - 3
Budget range
Enter your typical purchase price range. This is used to calibrate comparison data. It is not shared externally.
💡 Tip: Onboarding is optional — click Skip for now on any step and you can fill it in later from Profile.
3. Your Investor dashboard
After onboarding you land on the Investor dashboard. It shows:
- Saved analyses — total number of deals you have saved
- Portfolio value — combined purchase price of saved deals
- Monthly rent — sum of estimated monthly rent across all deals
- Monthly cashflow — sum of estimated net monthly cashflow
- Average gross yield — average across saved analyses
- Avg cash-on-cash ROI — average return on cash invested
The Recent saved deals table lists your last 10 analyses. Click Open on any row to go to the full deal view.
4. Choose a plan
You start on a free Starter plan. Some features — deal comparisons, portfolio tracking, and market benchmarks — require an Investor Pro or Portfolio subscription.
See the full plan comparison at Investor Pricing.
💡 Tip: All core analysis features (yield, cashflow, SDLT, stress tests, IRR) are available on the free plan. You only need a paid plan for advanced comparison and intelligence features.
