Deal packs

A deal pack is a branded, investor-ready presentation of a sourced deal. It contains:

• Your company logo and brand colours
• Property details (address — optionally protected, see below)
• Full financial analysis — yield, cashflow, SDLT, mortgage breakdown
• Investment highlights and key figures
• Your custom description and investment thesis
• Deal disclaimer text
• A call to action (interest, reservation, address reveal)

Investors access the deal pack via a secure share link — no login required on their side.

   Open the deal

   Go to Deals and click the deal you want to create a pack for.

   Go to the Deal pack tab

   On the deal detail page, click the Deal pack tab.

   Fill in the pack content

   Add a pack title, description, key highlights, and any additional information for investors. The financial data pulls automatically from your deal analysis.

   Set address protection

   Choose whether the full property address is shown, hidden, or only revealed on request. See Sharing & lead capture for the address reveal workflow.

   Choose availability status

   Set the pack status:

   • Draft — not yet shared
   • Available — actively offered to investors
   • Reserved — soft hold for an investor
   • Sold — deal completed
   • Withdrawn — no longer available

   Preview and save

   Use the Preview button to see the investor-facing view before sharing. Save the pack when you are happy with it.

Save time by creating reusable text templates for deal pack descriptions, highlights, and disclaimers. Manage templates at Settings → Deal pack templates.

   Create a template

   Enter a template name and body text. Use placeholders like [AREA], [YIELD], [PRICE] that you will fill in per deal.

   Apply to a deal pack

   When editing a deal pack, select a template from the dropdown. The text is inserted into the relevant field and you can edit it further.

Click Preview deal pack on the deal pack tab to see exactly what investors will see when they open your share link. The preview is a full-page render with your branding applied.

You can edit a deal pack at any time. Changes take effect immediately on any active share links — investors who open the link after your edit will see the updated version.
