Manage your subscription, workspace branding, team, privacy, and GDPR data rights.

Settings overview

Access all settings from Settings in the top nav. The Sourcer settings menu includes:

Subscription & billing — view plan, usage, manage billing
Branding — logo, colours, company details
Deal pack templates — reusable description and disclaimer templates
Share templates — customise social sharing copy
Team — invite members and manage roles
Custom domain — connect your own domain (Agency plan)
Privacy & market insights — control data sharing
Profile — update name, email, password
GDPR & data rights — consent, export, deletion

Subscription & billing

Go to Settings → Subscription & billing. This page shows:

Your current plan name
Usage against limits:
- Deal packs created this month
- Share links created this month
- Total clients
- Team members
A Manage billing button linking to the Stripe customer portal

ℹ️ Info: The Stripe customer portal lets you upgrade, downgrade, update payment details, and download invoices. Changes take effect immediately on upgrade or at end of billing period on downgrade.

Privacy & market insights

Go to Settings → Privacy & market insights.

As a Sourcer, your workspace can contribute anonymised deal data to Yielda's market intelligence platform — the same platform that powers the investor demand insights you access.

Workspace-level consent — controls whether deal activity from your entire workspace contributes to market signals
Account-level consent — controls your personal analytics preferences independently of the workspace setting

ℹ️ Info: Opting out does not affect your access to demand insights — you can still read investor demand data even if your workspace does not contribute to it.

Profile

Go to Profile to update:

Display name
Email address — your login email
Password
Sourcing preferences — business model, source areas, target deal value, investor profile (set during onboarding)

GDPR & data rights

Go to Profile → GDPR & data rights. Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Export your data

Download a JSON export of all data Yielda holds — your profile, workspace, clients, deals, and consent history.

Request account deletion

Permanently removes your account and workspace. Note: deletion also removes all workspace data including clients, deals, and share links. Investors with active share links will no longer be able to access them.

Update cookie consent

Review and update analytics and marketing cookie preferences.

⚠️ Note: Account deletion removes your entire workspace. If you have team members, they will also lose access. Consider transferring ownership before requesting deletion.

Signing out

Click Sign out in the top-right corner. You are redirected to the login page immediately.
